Tapes created in the 4 or 6 hr mode will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per each two hour segment beyond the original two hours. DVD blanks are limited to two hours each.

We offer free pick up and delivery for area clients who are confined to their home due to a medical disability. In addition we also provide free pick up and delivery service within Citrus County, FL, for all orders of five or more VHS-DVD conversions.

Please note that we recommend when mailing your tapes that you pack them carefully and request a signed receipt and/or a tracking number. It is also important to include your contact information so that we can reach you if need be. If you are ordering personalized DVDs and deluxe cases you may include up to six photos for us to work with. We prefer that any photos taken with a digital camera be emailed to us. If you choose to mail your photos they will be returned to you with your order.
